Any ladies know of a cellulite cream/treatment that really works?

Anything I can do with my diet for prevention would help too.Any ladies know of a cellulite cream/treatment that really works?
cellulite creams only work for the moment, they are made with caffeine and other ingredients that plump the skin. They do nothing at all to help permanetly treat or get rid of cellulite. Though if you are just looking for a quick fix before you go to the beach or for an outfit on a special night then i would recommend lancome's cream. I have worked for clinique and estee lauder for a number of years as a beauty advisor and a manager so i have tried and have knowledge about most cometics. There are treatments that you can have at a physicians/ plastic surgeons office but they are very pricey and you have to go to repeated sessions but it would give you a better outcome then the cream. Inless you want to slather cream on your body everyday for the rest of your life or spend a heaping amount of money i recommend working out just a little taking walks and increasing the length as you get comfortable, and also take pride in your body your not alone your beautiful no matter what i have yo yoed in my weight my whole life by 10- 15lbs and even at my lowest weight at 105lbs i still had cellulite love yourself.Any ladies know of a cellulite cream/treatment that really works?

um this doesn't answer the cellulite question but i hope it helps the diet part.... :)


-drink lost of water


-exercise 3 days a week 30 minutes (minimum!)


-keep moving


-ditch the sugar! (it puts your body in ';fat storage mode';)


-don't skip breakfast (messes up your metabolism)


-coffee also messes up your metabolism (its because of the caffeine)


-prince to popper (breakfast should be the biggest meal and dinner should be the smallest)


-4 to 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones


-limit your portions (don't stuff yourself, eat till your satisfied not full and eat slowly it gives your stomach more time to tell your brain that its satisfied)


-hunger isn't an emergency (u don't always have to give in to hunger, sum times just a drink of water or milk (or a small handful of peanuts) will make the feeling go away, however don't skip meals!!!!!)


-veggies and fruits!!


-instead of fruit juice, eat a fruit and a glass of water (fruit juice has a lot of sugar in it)


-green tea speeds up metabolism


-lean meats (you still need protein, don't eliminate it from your diet)


I've been following this for about 2 months and I've lost 20 lbs, i hope this helps you

there are no magic creams or treatments or shoes, etc to banish cellulite. the best you can do is lose weight b/c fat will ten to make it appear more noticeably.
no products can help just try to make some sport and use koffie (coffee from yemen) its gona help you , mix the coffee with some water and make it as a crem then use it on you legs keep it for half hore with some massage you gona like it . good luck
