What is the most effective cellulite treatment cream?

also what are some other things i can do to help remove it?What is the most effective cellulite treatment cream?
Hi,

sorry, i don't know of any creams.

i do know that cutting down on oils in your diet will definitely help to clear up some of that fatty deposit. if you cut out all oil - not all fats, but don't overdo them - no fried foods, oil-based salad dressings, mayo, potato chips, etc... within a month you should see a difference, and you will also drop some weight as well.

drink lots of water, too.

it's amazing how much will disappear just by cutting out oil.

good luckWhat is the most effective cellulite treatment cream?
The most effective strategy will be a combination of steps you take to cure your cellulite, and with time you will discover the best cellulite cream.

Ive heard that NIVEA Goodbye Cellulite lotion works and I think you can get it at most drugstores!
Cellulite's not based on weight, or size, its based on diet, exercise, skin type and a lot of other stuff. i know thin girls who have it, and chubby ones who dont. the very best thing for it [since nothing u do will make is disappear overnight] is massage. cellulite's cased by poor circulation around areas where women tend to store fat [hips, thighs, tummy] and the so very best thing to combat it is to make sure the blood's always singing in these areas thru regular massge while you shower, dry body brushing [where u get a relatively springy loofah hand-glove thing, and work on each leg abt 5-8 mins when u have time in the mornings, before or after a bath, ditto for evenings] and even going out to parlours or spas to have them professionally done.

you can mix a combination of these techniques to spare your pocket- massage your problems areas as u bath with a loofah hand-glove or something tht provides good friction with the skin. PLS do NOT fall for these lame rubber shower gel things with the alien showerhead nozzle promising to dispense showergel as u massage AND and activate amazing cellulite/ weight loss/ nobel peace prize winning thighs in two weeks. its unfair and UNTRUE marketing someone shd be shot for ha ha!

massage dry or with a product: (i found some for u on the net)

drink lots of water, cut down on fruit juice, believe it or not juice backs your system up if u drink too much, NOTHING will make your body love u more than regular glasses of water that's not bone-chillingly cold or boringly lukewarm either- water WORKS.

use a product- the good ones do tighten skin and make bikini time a lot easier to bear.

most of all be patient with yourself. it took time to come on, it'll take time to come off. dedicated application to a cause works wonders :-)

Plasticity Anti-Cellulite Corrective Gel by Dior is this summer's most raved-about dimple fighter. Skin will look smoother after twice-daily use for a month.

Physionics SkinGenuity a cosmeceutical product that will iron out the thigh tops noticeably with a couple of months' dedicated use. It's probably just enough to say that Madonna uses it.

Sisley's Phytosculpt- will show results after abt a month or so of regular use.

Medik8 Lipomelt Forte - recommended by cosmetic surgeons to back-up more serious treatments.

AND OF COURSE THAT LONG STANDING FRENCH WINNER- ELANCYL.

hit their website, it'l make u smile!

The best cellulite treatments:

Mesotherapy

Small needles deliver a cocktail of vitamins and homeopathic ingredients to the middle layer of your skin (the mesoderm) - boosting lymphatic drainage and circulation like nothing else can. it can be pricey but if you're willing to make the investment a course is recommended.

';It's not a relaxing treatment. Tiny needles make you feel as if you've been stung by wasps, but it wears off after a short while. Within six weeks I saw results more dramatic than with any cream I'd ever used.';

Endermologie- the spelling alone shd tell u the french swear by it.

Endermologie treatment involves being massaged by a machine that sucks and rolls the flesh, and smooths out the bumps extremely well. It works by giving an intensive boost to blood and lymph circulation. it also takes more than one visit, but if you're mixing treatments with home creams and all the other stuff results are more likely to come and STAY.
