Cellulite treatment?

Okay, im about 5';3-4 and only 125 lbs, I have cellulite on my legs and my bum, im not fat at all, I am in shape and I am good looking, the only issue is the cellulite on my legs and bum, Are there any ways to get rid of this? Creams? anything, please tell me! I want tighter looking legs and bum, or at least no cellulite!Cellulite treatment?

you have to do targeted exercises to increase muscle definition. Weighted squats and lunges are very good.
They do make creams to help reduce the signs of cellulite, bur from what I've read and heard, they don't work. As far as I know, there isn't any way to get rid of cellulite.
Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.





The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
