Massage treatments can help..
Well, you can try home treatments such as dry body brushing and cold showers.

Or there is Endermologie which is a type of lympathic drainage which uses deep tissue massage. It's a bit expensive though and you'd need to keep going back for treatments on a regular basis. Also Mesotherapy, where they inject small amounts of soya lethicin to break up the cellulite. If you don't like needles, you may want to steer clear of this one lol.
The best (and cheapest) way to get rid of cellulite is drinking lots of water and buying one of those hard bristle body brushes.

If you brush the affected areas every night towards the heart it stimulate bloodflow and breaks down the fatty deposits which cause cellulite.

When you're in the shower try alternating the taps between warm and freezing cold I find this works woonders and really firms up my skin.

xx
Arghh! Unfortunately there are no creams that can help. Cellulite affects women mostly due to the way you store fat, which is fifferent to men. No matter how slim you are, every one has fat stores, so even the slimmest people can be affected by cellulite.

The only thing to do is keep up the cardio, increase the intensity of it to really tone the muscle and burn fat, and drink more water.
There is no treatment for cellulite over the counter.

Best thing you can do is drink lots of water, use a hard loofah or body brush and use a jaccuzzi with the jets aimed on the area with cellulite. This may reduce it but there is no way to get rid completely.
you should consult a physician
