Fatty areas of the body appear lumpy when the strands of connective tissue that attach the skin to the underlying muscles pull tight where the fat is thick. When you lose the fat in these areas, the lumps disappear. So there is absolutely no over-the-counter miracle treatments - you're just going to have to exercise.What are some over-the-counter cellulite treatments that are very effective?

Theres a new treatment made by NIVEA that contains both a bottle of lotion and a set of pills...i haven't heard any reviews yet but i do LOVE NIVEA and a combination of the lotion..which i know works..with whatever these pills do..sounds promising to me.
